Sarina Sorrenti - Director 
Sarina has almost 20 years experience in business. She has worked in the areas of Executive Coaching, Strategic Marketing and Planning, Business Excellence, Business Development and Organisational Change.

Sarina has completed a Graduate Diploma in Innovation Service Management, Bachelor of Business in Marketing and a Bachelor of Business in Accounting.   Sarina is an accredited Facilitator in GENOS Emotional Intelligence, Lominger VOICES 360 and Booth360.  As part of her Post Graduate studies, Sarina completed a thesis on Environmental Sustainability and Innovation.  Sarina was a co-author of the book “Releasing the Potential of Managers - Australian Coaching”.  Sarina is a Credentialed Executive Coach with the International Coaching Federation.

Sam Pitruzzello - Director
Sam has over 20 years experience in the IT, Telecommunications and Financial Services Industries.  He has worked in a variety of roles including Consulting, Engineering, Business Development and Project Management.

Sam has a Masters of Business (IT), Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical), Graduate Diploma (Communications Systems) and Graduate Diploma Financial Planning.  He has published a number of papers and completed a thesis titled "Determining the Value of Information Technology Investments".  Sam has served as a Board member and Treasurer of the Ivanhoe Diamond Valley Centre, a community centre that offers development, training and employment opportunities for adults with intellectual disabilties.
