Sarina is passionate about helping people and businesses maximise their potential. She is an experienced strategic advisor, executive coach and facilitator. Sarina works with a diverse range of Australian businesses including high-tech start-ups, innovative mid-sized firms, large enterprise and universities. Sarina works deeply in organisations to foster sustainable growth and has broad industry experience in the biotechnology, R&D accelerators, professional services (law and accounting firms), banking and finance, higher education and innovative manufacturing industries. Sarina delivers executive coaching services to leaders in Australia, USA, Europe and Asia. Over the last twenty five years she has been fortunate to work with successful multinational and national companies including CSL, Bosch, Kodak and Siemens. Sarina has co-founded many start-ups and has commercial and leadership experience in company scale-up, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructures.

Sam is passionate about helping Australian start-ups scale their business and works with innovative mid-sized companies to protect their information assets and maximise the value of IT investments. He has worked in a variety of industries including telecommunications, IT & software services, financial services, healthcare, biotechnology and professional services. Sam has worked with leading global companies including Motorola, Ericsson, Siemens and CSL. Sam’s extensive knowledge of information and communications technologies coupled with commercial skills enables him to assist clients to successfully scale high-tech innovations and implement complex information systems. Sam is an experienced director, understands the intricacies of governance at the board level and has held roles as company secretary, treasurer and strategic advisor. Sam also lectures Masters level ‘Entrepreneurship and Innovation’ courses at the University of Melbourne.
