Sarina is passionate about helping people and businesses maximise their potential. She is an experienced strategic advisor, executive coach and facilitator. Sarina works with a diverse range of Australian businesses including high-tech start-ups, innovative mid-sized firms, large enterprise and universities. Sarina works deeply in organisations to foster sustainable growth and has broad industry experience in the biotechnology, R&D accelerators, professional services (law and accounting firms), banking and finance, higher education and innovative manufacturing industries. Sarina delivers executive coaching services to leaders in Australia, USA, Europe and Asia. Over the last twenty five years she has been fortunate to work with successful multinational and national companies including CSL, Bosch, Kodak and Siemens. Sarina has co-founded many start-ups and has commercial and leadership experience in company scale-up, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructures.

Sam is an experienced strategic advisor, business development professional and engineer. He has built a number of successful businesses and has worked with global technology companies including Motorola, Honeywell and Ericsson. Sam's entrepreneurial journey involves developing startups and running R&D projects. He was a co-founder of an IT Professional Services firm that scaled from start-up to employing around 100 contractors and staff in 6 years. The company was subsequently sold to an ASX listed company. Sam has designed and delivered Innovation and Entrepreneurship courses at the University of Melbourne. The subjects were delivered both in-class and online. Sam is passionate about teaching, mentoring and assisting organisations grow their businesses, fund projects and transform into innovative digitally powered entities. He has experience in building businesses that scale efficiently, are well funded and have pristine operational structures, processes and financial accounts making them easy to sell and for founders to exit.
